The Vault holds the paperwork that proves you may fly: certificates, medical certificates, licenses,
ratings, endorsements and flight reviews.
Privacy
Vault files live in private storage. They are not public URLs, they are not indexed, and they are
served only to you through an authenticated request. Nobody — not an FBO, not an insurer — can browse
your Vault. Information reaches an insurer only through a report you authorize.
Every record can carry an image
When you create a Vault record you can upload a photo or scan as part of the same entry. The image
shows inline in the record list and full size in the detail view, so a ramp check means opening your
phone, not digging through a flight bag.
