The Vault is split into categories so records stay findable.
- Certificates — pilot and ground instructor certificates. Store the certificate number, issue date, and a scan of both sides.
- Medicals — class, examiner, exam date and the resulting expiry. Log Scan Pro tracks the expiration so you are not counting calendar months in your head.
- Licenses — radio licenses, foreign validations and similar documents.
- Ratings — instrument, multi-engine, type ratings and added categories or classes, each with the date earned.
Upload the image at the time you create the record. Keep the paper original — the Vault is a
convenient copy, not a legal replacement.
