Log Scan Pro — The Smart Pilot's Logbook
Log Scan Pro — the smart pilot's logbook
Log Scan Pro is a pilot logbook that keeps thinking after the flight is logged. It records your hours the way the FAA expects, tracks your progress toward each certificate and rating, stores your paperwork, and — before you fly — analyzes the flight you are planning.

The logbook is free, and it stands alone

Your logbook and the basic Milestones tracking are free for life. You do not need a flight school, an instructor account, or an insurer to use it. Create an account, log flights, print reports. Every other layer is optional and only appears if you choose to connect to it.

What is in the system

  • Pilot logbook — entries, aircraft, airports, baseline totals, column control, filters, charts, landscape print.
  • Go/No-Go — a written preflight risk analysis built from live weather, NOTAMs, terrain, obstacles, airspace, light and fatigue data.
  • Milestones — PPL, Commercial and Instrument progress measured against the regulatory minimums.
  • IFR Insights — an approach-by-approach instrument log with instructor comments.
  • Pilot's Vault — certificates, medicals, ratings, endorsements and flight reviews in private storage.
  • CFI, FBO and Insurer layers — optional, relationship-based, and always under your control.

How to use this wiki

The left sidebar follows the app. Start with Getting started: choosing your account type, then open the section that matches what you are doing. Every article can be printed from the article page.
This wiki explains how the software works. It is not flight instruction and it is not a substitute for the FARs, the AIM, your POH/AFM, or your instructor's judgment.
