Is the logbook really free? Yes. The logbook and basic Milestones are free for life. Premium features are optional add-ons.

Do I need a flight school or an instructor? No. The logbook works entirely on its own.

Can I import my old logbook? Use Baseline Totals to carry forward your prior hours as a single summary entry, then log new flights normally.

Can two people log the same flight? Yes. An instructor logs dual given and posts the matching dual received to the student, so both books agree.

Is Go/No-Go an official weather briefing? No. It is a decision aid built from official sources. Obtain a standard briefing and comply with § 91.103.

Will an insurer see my logbook? Only through a report you specifically authorize, for the scope and period you approve.

What if my aircraft is not in the FAA registry? Add it manually with the registration exactly as it appears on the aircraft.

Can I print everything? The logbook, IFR Insights, endorsements, flight reviews, Go/No-Go reports and these help articles all have print views.

How much does a Go/No-Go report cost? Your first three are complimentary. After that each report is $4.95, with no subscription. Every fifth post-trial report is a complimentary LSP Loyalty Bonus.

What if I pay for a report and then cancel the flight? The payment stays on your account as an open credit and covers your next report. It is only used when a report is actually generated, and a free or loyalty report never spends it. You can also use Cancel Report and Refund on the Go/No-Go page to get the money back through Stripe.

What does premium cost, and is it a subscription? No subscriptions. Private Milestones premium is $39.99, Commercial $49.99, IFR Insights $69.99, with $79.99 and $129.99 bundles. Each is a one-time purchase that stays active until the applicable course is completed.

Why does my premium Milestones page look like the free one? Premium adds instructor grading and comments, which your CFI enters from their workspace. Until an instructor records an assessment there is nothing to display, so the page looks unchanged.
