Setting up your organization
Registering
Sign up choosing Organization. Your registration is reviewed before the organization goes live, because instructors and pilots will be connecting to it.
The profile
- Legal name and trading name
- Home airport and its identifiers
- Location, contact details and time zone
- Operating hours
- Logo
- Policies — booking rules, checkout requirements, cancellation terms
Your time zone matters more than it looks: every schedule time a pilot or instructor sees is expressed in it.
What pilots see
Your name, airport, contact details and logo when they search for a school, then — once connected — your instructors, aircraft, courses and schedule.
Managers
The person who registers is the owner. Add other managers under Staff and permissions so the organization never depends on one login.
