Setting up your organization

Organization profile

Registering

Sign up choosing Organization. Your registration is reviewed before the organization goes live, because instructors and pilots will be connecting to it.

The profile

  • Legal name and trading name
  • Home airport and its identifiers
  • Location, contact details and time zone
  • Operating hours
  • Logo
  • Policies — booking rules, checkout requirements, cancellation terms
Your time zone matters more than it looks: every schedule time a pilot or instructor sees is expressed in it.

What pilots see

Your name, airport, contact details and logo when they search for a school, then — once connected — your instructors, aircraft, courses and schedule.

Managers

The person who registers is the owner. Add other managers under Staff and permissions so the organization never depends on one login.
