Your students
Who appears
- Pilots who saved you as their instructor
- Pilots assigned to you by a school you work at
- Pilots enrolled in a course you teach
All three sources are merged into one list, so a student connected through the school shows up alongside one who found you directly.
The list is collapsible — it starts expanded, and once your roster grows you can fold it away with the chevron; the choice is remembered on that device. You can also hide the whole panel under Customize — see Customizing your workspace.
What you can see
Their training record as it relates to you: logged flights, Milestones progress, the endorsements and reviews in place, and what remains for the certificate they are working toward.
What you cannot see
Vault documents they haven't shared, and training records from another school that has no connection to you.
If someone is missing
- They may not have saved you yet — connections are student-initiated.
- If they train at your school but aren't assigned to you, a manager can assign them.
- For a course, check they are approved, not just pending: attendance lists only show pilots actually enrolled in the selected course.
Former students
Students you no longer teach stay in your history with the work you signed. Records are kept, not erased.
