Customizing your workspace
Not every school runs courses, not every instructor uses the schedule, and not every insurer orders reports. Each workspace has a Customize button in its header that lets you switch optional sections off, so the page shows only what you actually use.
How it works
- The choice is per person, not per organization — one manager hiding a panel doesn't change what another manager sees.
- Everything is on by default.
- Switching a section off hides its card or menu link. Nothing is deleted and no permission changes; switch it back on and it returns exactly as it was.
What can be toggled
Instructor workspace: the students list, courses, weather and notices, schools, your logbook, and the IFR Insights, Schedule and Flight Reviews links.
Organization dashboard: courses, aircraft, scheduling, weather, weather-watch alerts, the company overview, and commissions.
Insurer dashboard: insured aircraft, flight school customers, connection requests, and the report catalog.
Colour themes
Colour settings are no longer a pilot-only feature: pilots, instructors, organizations, insurers and administrators all get the settings button in their workspace header. Alongside the classic themes there is a Soft colours group — Soft Meadow, Soft Linen, Soft Sea Glass and Soft Sunlit Grove — for lower-contrast, easier-on-the-eye working. The choice is saved on your device.
