Ground school tracks in Milestones

Ground school has its own tracks beside the flying ones: Ground School — Private Pilot, Ground School — Instrument and Ground School — Commercial.

School-reported tracking is free for every pilot — subjects, ground time and documents cost nothing, for you or the school. An optional Ground School Premium layer adds your instructor's per-subject grading, comments, a signed knowledge-test readiness record and printable reports.

Each track is a list of knowledge subjects — 17 for private pilot, 10 for instrument, 10 for commercial. Each subject shows one of two states: credited, with a Reported by your ground school badge naming the school, or Not yet reported.

Your ground school posts a class session, marks who attended, ticks the subjects the class covered and enters the ground time. That single action writes the ground instruction into each attending student's logbook and credits the subjects here. Some subjects are satisfied by a document you upload to your Vault instead.

Subjects are credited by a ground school or ground instructor you are connected to. There is no self-study option — a track shows what a provider has reported, which is what makes it worth something to an examiner or an employer.
