Pilot dashboard
The dashboard is your home screen: totals on top, a chart, the report buttons, the filter bar, and the logbook itself.
Totals strip
Every column your logbook can hold, totalled: total, PIC, SIC, solo, dual given, dual received, ground, cross-country, night, actual and simulated IFR, simulator, approaches, day and night landings and night-vision figures. These include your baseline totals.
Selected logbook totals chart
A bar chart of the columns currently shown in the table, so it follows your filters. Collapse it with the chevron if you want more room for the table.
Reports
Five one-click views: Selected columns, Monthly hours, Total time by aircraft, Arrival airports, and Airports by tail number. See Charts and reports.
Filter bar
Search registration, airport, make/model or remarks; filter by aircraft type, a specific aircraft, or a date range. The saved column sets — Student/Private Pilot, Instrument, All hours — switch the visible columns in one click, and Columns lets you pick your own. See Columns, filters and search.
Buttons
- Print logbook — a clean printable copy of what you are looking at.
- Export CSV — the same rows as a spreadsheet file.
- Add flight — one entry.
- Logbook batch entry — several entries in a row.
The table
One row per flight. Grey rows marked Instructor entry or Ground school were posted by an instructor or a ground school and are read-only for you — the eye icon opens them, but only the person who posted can change or reverse them. Your own rows have the pencil (edit) and trash (delete) icons.
The top menu
Schedule an aircraft/CFI, My Flight School, Instructors, Upcoming Courses, Pilot Vault, Go/No-Go, IFR Insights and Milestones. You can hide the ones you don't use — see Choosing what appears in your menu.
