Fleet and requirements

For each operator you insure, you can see the aircraft on the relationship: registration, make and model, category and class, equipment, IFR certification and current status.

Operators attach checkout requirements and pilot qualifications to each aeroplane — minimum hours, time in type, currency, recent experience, and instructor checkout. Those requirements are enforced by the schedule when a pilot tries to book, so they are operating practice rather than a filed document.

You can see the rules the operator actually enforces, not the ones they intended to. That is a more useful picture of exposure than a policy schedule alone.

Aircraft marked down for maintenance are blocked from dispatch for the period, and that is visible in the record.

Coverage dates, scope and status are held on your relationship with each operator, and changes are recorded with who made them and when.

Fleet visibility is not pilot visibility. To see a pilot's records you still need an authorization or a one-time report.
