Log Scan Pro — The Smart Pilot's Logbook

Insuring an FBO is not access to its pilots

A policy relationship with an FBO gives you that FBO's operational picture — the aircraft, the requirements, and aggregate statistics. It does not give you a window into individual pilot logbooks.

Individual pilot data requires an explicit grant

Access to a named pilot's records requires an access grant that identifies the pilot, the insurer, the requesting representative, the purpose, exactly what information is approved, the effective and expiration dates, and the pilot's authorization. Grants expire and can be revoked.

Snapshots, not live feeds

Reports are generated from an immutable dated snapshot. Later edits by the pilot do not change a completed report; a correction produces a new version. That is what makes a Log Scan Pro report usable as evidence.

Auditing

Report orders, deliveries and downloads are recorded.
