Go/No-Go from a booking
For an eligible confirmed aircraft flight, the booked pilot can choose Go/No-Go from the booking. A dispatcher cannot use that button to impersonate the pilot.
The existing request form opens with the booked aircraft and scheduled departure time carried across. Confirm the route, fuel, weather window and other flight details before submitting; a reservation alone is not a complete briefing request.
Optional school summary
The pilot chooses whether to attach a limited operational result to the reservation. With consent, authorized school staff and the assigned instructor can see the briefing status/result, route and timing summary. They do not receive the full personal report, private logbook or Vault access through this link.
Dispatch shows No briefing attached when none is available, a result/status when shared, and Booking changed · review briefing when the reservation no longer matches the saved booking snapshot. Review or request a new briefing rather than assuming an earlier report still applies.
The owner can View briefing or start a New briefing. The original report and booking attribution remain preserved.
Not a clearance
A GO result is not school approval, aircraft release, legal clearance or a promise of safe conditions. Qualification review, maintenance grounding, the PIC's judgment and normal dispatch procedures remain separate. Starting a booking-linked briefing does not turn payment collection on.
