Do these four things once and the rest of the system behaves correctly from day one.
- Complete your profile — legal name as it appears on your certificate, contact details, certificates and ratings held, and (optionally) your home FBO or school.
- Set your home airport — the airport you fly from most. It preloads the From field on new entries and seeds Go/No-Go requests.
- Add the aircraft you fly — search by N-number against FAA registry data so make, model and category fill in automatically.
- Enter your baseline totals — if you are moving from a paper or another digital logbook.
