The logbook holds far more fields than fit on one screen, so you control what is displayed.
Column toggles
Open the column control and switch any column on or off. The grid, the totals row and the printed
report all follow your selection, so hiding rotorcraft or glider columns gives you a clean
fixed-wing book.
The three programmable filters
You get three saved filter buttons. Each one stores its own set of conditions and its own column
visibility, so a single click can switch the entire view. Common setups:
- Night currency — last 90 days, night landings greater than zero.
- IFR — actual or simulated instrument time greater than zero, approaches shown.
- Checkride prep — cross-country flights over 50 NM with PIC time.
Rename them to whatever you like. They are yours, per account, and they persist between sessions.
Search
The search box filters the grid live across identifiers, tail numbers, names and remarks. Search
stacks on top of the active filter, so you can search within a filtered view before printing.
