Getting started as an insurer

Sign up choosing Insurer. Registrations are reviewed before the account opens, because of what an insurer account can request.

Add the people at your company who will use Log Scan Pro. Each has their own login; a manager controls who can request access and order reports.

Link each insured flight school or FBO. The relationship records the policy reference, coverage dates, status, the scope of information covered, the representatives assigned and your notes.

Visibility of the operator's fleet and the requirements attached to it, and a route to request pilot records — always through an authorization from the pilot concerned.

Automatic access to every pilot at that operator. That is deliberate. See Authorized access.

Every request, authorization, report generated and file downloaded is recorded, with who did it and when. Both sides can see what happened.
