When underwriting an individual, you can order a one-time pilot logbook report without gaining
ongoing account access.
The process
- Identify the pilot and select the report.
- State the reason from the structured reason list, so the purpose is on the record.
- Authorization — the pilot's authorization and attestation are captured.
- Payment at the applicable fee tier.
- Snapshot and generation — a dated, immutable snapshot is taken and the report generated.
- Controlled delivery to the ordering representative.
What the order does and does not buy
It buys the ordered report. It does not create standing access, it does not include anything outside
the approved scope, and it expires as an event rather than persisting as a permission.
Later edits by the pilot never alter a completed report; a corrected report is issued as a new
version with its own date.
