Flight crews
Flight crews are the pilots who fly your organization's missions. They are separate from your instructors: a line pilot never appears in an instructor list. An instructor who also flies has one record with an Also flight crew badge.
Setting up
- Add each pilot once, with the aircraft they are qualified to fly.
- Create a crew for each aircraft, named by its N-number (for example N922RJ crew).
- Only pilots qualified for that aircraft can be added to its crew. Mark each as PIC or SIC.
With scheduled briefings
Attach a crew to a scheduled Go/No-Go briefing. When the flight runs, each crew member gets a draft logbook entry. Drafts do not count toward totals until the pilot opens, corrects and saves them after the flight.

Show or hide the Flight Crews cards on your dashboard from Customize.
