Log Scan Pro — The Smart Pilot's Logbook
Airport fields are editable drop-downs. Type an identifier or a name and pick from the list.

Adding an airport that is not listed

Type the identifier and choose the add option. Log Scan Pro looks the field up in public aeronautical data to fill in name, city, state and coordinates. If nothing is found, you can enter the details manually — coordinates matter, because Go/No-Go uses them for distance, terrain and weather.
Private strips, heliports and grass fields are all fair game.

Home airport

Toggle one airport as your home airport. It preloads the From field on new entries and seeds Go/No-Go requests. Change it whenever you relocate; existing entries are unaffected.

Why accuracy matters

Cross-country credit under § 61.51 depends on the straight-line distance between airports. Bad coordinates produce bad distances and, downstream, bad milestone credit.
