Managing your airports
Your airport list is the set of fields you care about — home base, the places you train, the ones you keep flying to.
Adding an airport
Type the identifier (KBGR, 3B1) or search by name. Log Scan Pro fills in the official details: name, city, elevation, runways, time zone and coordinates.
Quick looks
Up to ten airports can sit in the Quick looks row on your dashboard and on an organization dashboard. One click pulls current weather and NOTAMs for that field.
The first check of an airport can take up to a minute while the weather and NOTAM services answer. After that the answer is cached and loads instantly; the panel shows Cached with the age of the data, so you always know how old the picture is. Use the refresh icon to force a new fetch.
Where your airports are used
- Weather and notices on the dashboard.
- Go/No-Go — departure, destination and alternate default to your list, and the destination airport is labelled in UTC (Zulu) as well as local time.
- Logbook From/To fields offer your airports first.
- Arrival airport reports group your landings by field.
Removing one
Removing an airport from your list only takes it off the list. Flights you logged to that field keep their From/To entries exactly as they are.
