School performance dashboard
Managers open Performance from the organization dashboard. Choose the location and use the 7 / 30 / 90-day drop-down for the reporting window.
Reading the numbers
- Bookings counts reservations by scheduled start, with completed, cancelled and no-show totals.
- Completion rate is completed bookings divided by all bookings in the window, not a student training-completion rate. With no bookings, it shows a dash.
- Flown hours (Hobbs) comes from completed dispatch records, counted by check-in time. The hours/day average uses the whole selected window, not only flying days.
- Issued charges totals issued, non-void invoices. Draft charges are shown separately. Neither is cash collected or a balance due.
- Aircraft utilization compares checked-in flight counts and Hobbs hours by aircraft.
- Bookings by type shows what the schedule is used for: dual instruction, rentals, ground instruction and other appointment types.
- Instructor activity comes from dispatched instruction, not from reading personal instructor or student logbooks.
- Maintenance snapshot shows current open squawks, grounding squawks and active maintenance items. These are current totals, not historical totals limited to the date window.
Data scope
Managers see their own organization's operating aggregates. The dashboard does not reveal a pilot's personal logbook, medical documents or private training records. A location switch changes the organization being summarized; it does not combine unrelated schools.
