Creating a session
Start a session with the date, the aircraft, the airports involved, and whether it was training,
practice or an actual IFR flight. Link it to the related logbook entry so time is not entered twice.
Adding approaches
Add the first approach, fill in its fields, and choose Enter another to keep going. Each approach
becomes its own row. You can review, reorder and edit any row before finishing.
Preview, finish, sign
When the approaches are entered, preview the whole session, correct anything, then finish it. A
session entered by an instructor is signed by that instructor; the student sees it read-only.
Who can enter what
- You can create and edit your own sessions.
- Your instructor can create and edit sessions for you when you are linked to them; you see them but do not edit them.
- Finished, signed sessions keep a snapshot of the instructor's details as of that date.
