Email accepts multiple recipients, so you can send the same analysis to a safety pilot, an instructor, a chief pilot, or a passenger who deserves to know why the flight is being moved to tomorrow.

Sent reports keep their original timestamp and snapshot. The recipient sees the report as it was generated, not a re-run against later data.
