At the top of the Go/No-Go entry page is a Cancel Report and Refund button. It exists so you are
never stuck having paid for an analysis you decided not to run.
What it does
- Closes the request and returns you to the pilot dashboard.
- If you have a paid credit that has not been used by a generated report, it is refunded through Stripe to the original payment method.
- If nothing was paid — you were on a free trial report or a loyalty bonus — nothing is charged and nothing is refunded; the button simply takes you back.
You are asked to confirm before anything happens.
What cannot be refunded automatically
A credit that has already been consumed by a generated report. Once the analysis has run, the
weather, NOTAM and terrain retrieval and the AI analysis have been performed and paid for. If a
generated report was unusable, contact support and we will look at it.
Prefer keeping the credit
You do not have to refund. An unused credit simply waits on your account and covers your next
report, including one you run weeks later. Refund only if you want the money back.
