A pilot connects to you by setting your FBO as their home school. That creates a connection request,
which someone on your staff approves.
Once connected:
- The pilot can see and select your instructors.
- The pilot can be scheduled on your aircraft.
- Your instructors can work with them, subject to the normal CFI–pilot link.
Connection does not hand you their logbook. Pilot records stay pilot-owned; what your instructors see
comes from the instructor relationship, not from the FBO connection.
Either side can end the connection. Historical training records survive it.
