The FBO CFI directory is the operational source of instructor data.

Enter your instructors — name, contact, certificate number, ratings, recent-experience-through date, qualification status, certificate and signature images, active status. Pilots can select them for scheduling and training immediately. If the instructor later creates a Log Scan Pro account, it links to the existing record instead of duplicating it.

Always search the directory before adding a CFI. An instructor who already works at another FBO is already in the system; you create a relationship to them, not a second copy. Possible duplicates are flagged for administrator review.

Separate from the CFI's own profile, your relationship with them holds employment status, start and end dates, scheduling status, services offered, approved aircraft, availability, scheduling color, biography and your private notes.

Ending the relationship never deletes the CFI or any endorsement, review or training record.
