Choose the student, pick the endorsement category, and the wording is generated for you from AC 61-65 — filled in with the student's name, the date, the aircraft where the endorsement requires one, and your certificate number and expiration.

You do not type the regulatory text. What you add is Instructor Notes: the context, the limitations you discussed, and anything the student should re-read.

Link the aircraft used where it applies (solo endorsements, complex, high performance, tailwheel).

Save it and the endorsement lands in the student's Vault with its own print view. It carries a frozen snapshot of your credentials as of that date, so renewing your certificate later never rewrites history.
