FBO accounts are reviewed and approved before the role is granted. Your application creates the organization profile you'll manage later.
Build your instructor roster
Add instructors yourself — flight, ground, or both — or confirm the ones who ask to join you. Each instructor keeps one record across every school they teach at, and someone you add can claim it later with their own sign-in.
Add your aircraft
Aircraft records carry availability, checkout requirements and insurance requirements, verified against FAA registry data.
Schedule and oversee
A visual calendar for aircraft, instructors and facilities, a student roster with training stages and notes, and activity history for the organization.

List a course your school offers, then use Log Scan Pro to record attendance, ground time and subject progress for connected students. Log Scan Pro tracks and reports the instruction; your school provides the course and sets any tuition.

No cost to the school — and a share of what your pilots buy
There is no charge for an FBO to use Log Scan Pro. The CFI roster, aircraft records, scheduling, student roster and insurer connection are free for the school.
When a pilot connected to your school buys a training upgrade — a Milestones Premium track, IFR Insights, a Ground School Premium track, or a bundle — your school earns a 30% commission on the purchase price of each item sold. It's our way of making sure the schools that bring pilots into Log Scan Pro share in the tools those pilots choose to buy. Your earnings are listed on the Commissions page in your organization dashboard.
Commissions are credited to your school's account; the statement and settlement details are confirmed during account setup.
