Record the date, ground and flight time, the aircraft, and the areas covered. Mark the review satisfactorily completed and the § 61.56 endorsement is generated and filed in the pilot's Vault automatically, with a print view.

If the review is not satisfactory, record it as such with your notes. The record exists either way — that is the point of a training record — and no endorsement is issued.
